Remember to inform clients that consultations are conducted virtually using the Zoom video conferencing App. The zoom app can either be installed on a mobile smartphone, tablet, or computer. They will need a steady internet connection for your meeting, in order to ensure a satisfactory experience.

Once  your booking is approved the client will receive a confirmation email containing a link to the Zoom meeting as well as instructions to download the Zoom application.

Please inform the client that it is a best practice to download the zoom app prior to your scheduled meeting.



Can I Reschedule My Booking?

Yes. Simply sign in and make changes to your previous client booking.

What if I forgot my login?

Select forgot password and a link to reset will be sent.
