Consultations are conducted virtually using the Zoom video conferencing App. The zoom app can either be installed on a mobile smart phone, tablet, or computer. You will need a steady internet connection for your meeting, in order to ensure a satisfactory experience.

Once we have approved your selected date and time you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the Zoom meeting as well as instructions to download the Zoom application. Please note that it is a best practice to download the zoom app prior to your scheduled meeting.

There is no cost to download the application and no cost to joining the scheduled meeting, as it is hosted by Renaissance Immigration Services.  Select the time you want, according to your own timezone (the system automatically adjust the timezone).
