By default, consultations are conducted virtually using the Zoom video conferencing App. Consultation can be done via phone by sending an email to [email protected].

Our consultation fee is Canadian $300 for 1 hour. If you miss your consultation, you will need to schedule another at no cost; however, after 3 missed consultations, you will be charged, and no refund will be provided.

The Zoom app can be installed on mobile smartphones, tablets, or computers. You will need a steady internet connection for your meeting to ensure a satisfactory experience.

Once we have approved your selected date and time, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the Zoom meeting and instructions to download the Zoom application. Please note that it is a best practice to download the Zoom app prior to your scheduled meeting.

There is no cost to download the application and no need to set up a zoom account, as it is hosted by Renaissance Immigration Services.  Select the time you want, according to your timezone (the system automatically adjusts the timezone).
